JoJo is not "The Other Chick."

After five years of being away from the music industry
besides releasing the mixtape Can't Take That Away From Me,
JoJo is back with the first single from her upcoming album
Jumping Trains, due late this summer.
The track's called "The Other Chick," and I adore it. Extremely.
You can listen and love it now here, and go buy it on iTunes
when it's available for purchase on May 19th.

Here's Clinton Sparks' newest single!

With his next mixtape, called My Awesome Mixtape, out today (find it HERE,)
hip hop DJ Clinton Sparks has released a single from the project,
titled "Sucks To Be You," which features JoJo and party-rockers LMFAO.
The song is pretty excellent. Take my word for it and listen/download below.

SONG REVIEW: JoJo- "Hollywood."

Singer/actress JoJo has been off the radar since her mixtape dropped in September,
but today, a new song by her was leaked.
The track's called "Hollywood,"
and it's pretty much just a power ballad.
It's not the best I've heard from her, but you can tell she's growing up!
Her upcoming album is slated for a release in the next few months,
so I'm anxiously waiting for her next #1 hit
(because this song isn't going to even make a dent in the charts!)
Check the joint out below.

JoJo drops video for "In The Dark."

Earlier today, JoJo continued to promote her first mixtape,
Can't Take That Away From Me (see my review HERE.)
She premiered a video for the hit song, "In The Dark."
The video is so simple,
yet so powerful and beautiful.
She looks so mature now!
Watch for yourself below,
and see if you liked it as much as I did.

ALBUM REVIEW: Can't Take That Away From Me.

Today, the lovely JoJo released her first mixtape, Can't Take That Away From Me.
I was anticipating today for many reasons, and this is one.
The mixtape is decent overall, but it's missing something:
POWER.
Most of the songs are good, or at least acceptable,
but there's only a few songs that I want to replay over and over.
I'm so glad that she invited Travis Garland on the record, since he's been out of the limelight for a while.
The chemistry between JoJo and the featured artists is excellent, and it makes them the best.
You can listen to the mixtape and download it here for FREE!

BTW
When Does It Go Away (ft. Travis Garland)
What You Like (ft. Jordan Gatsby)
In The Dark
Can't Take That Away From Me
Why Didn't You Call
Pretty Please
Just A Dream
All I Want Is Everything
Boy Without A Heart
My Time Is Money
Running On Empty

SONG REVIEW: JoJo- "In The Dark."

Yesterday, has-been singer JoJo released a song off of her upcoming mixtape, Can't Take That Away From Me, which will be released September 7th. The song's called, "In The Dark," and it's a great start for her to try and get back in the music world. It's pretty different from other R&B jams out there right now, and her voice sounds mature! The Auto-Tune doesn't hurt it either.
Listen below and grade for yourself.
