Dev's debut album to drop in September.

Dev, the best newcomer to mainstream since her musical cousin K$,
has been teasing fans with details about her debut album for a while,
but the wait has a deadline. Her solo project,
The Night The Sun Came Up, has a tentative release date of SEPTEMBER 20th,
and will feature a lot of production by her best friends The Cataracs,
but is also working with StarGate and Polow Da Don.
Dev also recently unveiled that she would be featured on a
track for Timbaland's upcoming Shock Value III LP,
which has no official release date yet.
While you count down the days until September 20th,
you can hear Dev's newest single, "In The Dark," HERE.
After being a member of the girl group The Stunners
(who toured with Justin Bieber on his My World tour,)
founding member Tinashe revealed that she was done with the group
and was pursuing a solo career.
The first track from her recording sessions leaked recently;
"Chainsaw," which was produced by The Cataracs, is pretty
fucking rad. Wanna hear some new music? Here's your chance!
I'm eagerly awaiting more, because this shit is "buzzin' like a chainsaw..."

Dev returns with a new single!

One of the hottest newcomers in the mainstream industry, Dev,
is back with a new single, titled "In The Dark,"
which was produced by her best friends, The Cataracs.
The song will bring a little different flavor to the mainstream,
and it's getting me really excited for her debut album; it's fucking good!
Her first official single for The Night The Sun Came Up,
"Bass Down Low," which is an instant classic,
didn't make much of an impact on the charts,
peaking at #61 in the US, so I'm guessing that this single's success
will decide the album's release date (which is April 19th at the moment.)
Anyway, bow down to Dev, and dance in the dark with her HERE.

Snoop Dogg premieres "Wet" music video.

Even though the song was specifically made for Prince William,
Snoop Dogg decided to make "Wet" an actual single
from his upcoming Doggumentary Music album, due this March.
The song, which was produced by The Cataracs,
is pretty fucking spectacular. It's perfect.
The music video was released yesterday,
and it's pretty sexy.
One thing that I didn't like, though,
was that Snoop Dogg went shirtless for parts of the video,
and honestly, he's not attractive. AT ALL.
But, go ahead, Snoop! You're one of the kings of rap.
Do what you do best.
Listen to the incredible track, and watch the mediocre video, too, below!
